A Devotional Path Into Microdosing
ThetaDrop is a ceremonial microdosing and breathwork journey for those who wish to enter the practice with intention, reverence, and support.
Through guided ceremony, somatic breathwork, and community integration, participants learn to work with the medicine through the body, allowing sensation, emotion, and insight to move together rather than remaining confined to the mind.
ThetaDrop is where psychedelic curiosity becomes embodied practice.
There comes a moment when the familiar no longer feels like enough.
Nothing is necessarily broken. In many ways, the life you've built may even be working. The job functions. The relationships hold. You've learned how to be responsible, thoughtful, and self-aware.
From the outside, it can look as though you've done everything right.
And yet something within you begins to stir.
It may arrive quietly at first. A subtle restlessness. A sense that the version of you moving through your life is only part of who you actually are. Not wrong, not misaligned exactly, but incomplete.
Most people try to meet that feeling in the ways we've been taught. You read the books. You go to therapy. You journal. You meditate. You study your patterns and begin to understand the stories that shaped you.
And often this work is meaningful. Insight grows. Awareness deepens.
But understanding something is not the same as releasing it.
The mind may know the story, yet the body can still carry the imprint of years spent adapting, performing, bracing, or protecting.
So many people find themselves standing in a strange middle place. Not lost exactly, but not fully free either. Aware enough to see their patterns clearly, yet still sensing that something deeper in life remains just out of reach.
For some, this is the moment when psychedelic medicine first enters the conversation. A podcast. A research article about mental health and neuroplasticity. A quiet conversation with a friend.
Something about it makes you lean forward.
Not because you want to escape your life, but because you sense the possibility that certain patterns might loosen in ways the mind alone could never quite reach.
And yet when most people begin exploring microdosing, the guidance they encounter rarely speaks to the deeper reason they were drawn to it in the first place.
The conversation often centers around productivity, optimization, and experimentation. Protocols designed for efficiency and performance.
But the impulse drawing many people toward this work is much simpler than that.
They want to remember what it feels like to be fully present in their own lives. To soften the constant effort of holding everything together. To reconnect with what lives beneath the noise.
ThetaDrop was born from that quiet beckoning.
Microdosing is not about doing more. It is about becoming more present to what already is.
A Different Approach to Microdosing
In recent years, interest in microdosing has grown rapidly. Research is exploring how substances like LSD and psilocybin may support neuroplasticity, emotional processing, and mental health. These medicines appear to open new pathways for insight.
But insight alone is not change. Integration is where meaningful change actually happens.
For many people, this research sparks something. A curiosity. A quiet sense that this medicine might open something that has not been reachable before.
Yet the way microdosing is often approached can miss something essential.
It is not simply a protocol to follow or a tool for productivity. At its deepest level, it is a relationship with the medicine, with your own body and inner landscape, with what begins to surface when the mind finally softens.
This is why the container matters as much as the medicine itself.
In ThetaDrop, microdosing is held within a larger ceremonial container. The body becomes part of the process through breathwork and somatic awareness.
Ceremony creates a rhythm that invites intention and reflection. Community provides a space where you are seen, supported, and not alone in what begins to move.
What is ThetaDrop
ThetaDrop is a six-week ceremonial microdosing and breathwork journey designed to support a thoughtful, intentional relationship with psychedelic medicine.
Grounded in emerging research on neuroplasticity, psychedelic-assisted healing, and somatic integration, and held within rhythm, ritual, and community, this container allows curiosity to unfold into embodied practice.
Theta
A brainwave state associated with intuition, creativity, dreaming, and deep subconscious access. The frequency where insight tends to emerge and the nervous system becomes more receptive to change.
Through breathwork, participants learn to access this state consciously, so what arises has somewhere to land.
Drop
The literal drop of liquid medicine.
The act of dropping in — to your body, your breath, your intuitive knowing.
The spiritual act of dropping what no longer serves, so your true self can rise.
ThetaDrop is a prayer and a process.
ThetaDrop is not simply a protocol. It is a ceremonial container, a structured arc across a six-week journey where microdosing is held inside ceremony, breathwork, and community integration.
Participants learn how to approach the medicine slowly, responsibly, and relationally, developing a practice that can continue long after the six-week journey ends.
Microdosing and breathwork are powerful allies. Each practice opens the door to deeper awareness. Together, they create the conditions where insight can move beyond the mind and begin to take root in the body.
Inside ThetaDrop, participants work with one medicine throughout the six weeks, either LSD or psilocybin, chosen intentionally before the container begins. Both medicines are subtle at microdose range. When held inside ceremony, breathwork, and community, they become more than a substance. They become a practice.
Why Microdosing + Breathwork?
Neuroplastic Expansion
Research suggests that psychedelics like LSD and psilocybin support neuroplasticity, the brain's capacity to form new connections and loosen rigid patterns.
At microdose range, the medicine may create a window of increased openness, where new perspectives and ways of responding become more accessible.
Accessing the Theta State
Breathwork naturally guides the brain toward the theta frequency, a state associated with intuition, creativity, and subconscious processing.
As CO2 levels shift and the prefrontal cortex softens its grip, the deeper layers of the mind become more available. Emotion, sensation, and insight surface more easily. This is the state where the medicine and the breath meet.
Somatic Release
Where microdosing opens awareness, breathwork invites the body to participate. Through rhythmic, connected breathing, sensations and emotions that have been held beneath the surface can begin to move and resolve rather than remaining stored in the nervous system.
Participants microdose twice weekly and work with breathwork during each live gathering, with guidance for developing their own independent practice as well.
Integration Through Ritual and Community
Ritual structure and shared practice help regulate the nervous system and provide a container where experiences can be witnessed rather than processed alone. Insight alone rarely creates lasting change.
Integration is where transformation becomes real.
The Journey
ThetaDrop unfolds across six weeks as a ceremonial arc.
Each gathering builds gently on the last, allowing the relationship with the medicine to deepen gradually.
What unfolds inside the container is always unique to the moment, the group, and each participant's inner landscape.
Opening Ceremony
Every journey begins with intention. Sacred space is set, the circle gathers, and the ceremonial container for the weeks ahead is established. Through guided ritual, breathwork, and reflection, participants orient to the medicine, to the breath, and to one another.
Awakening the Inner Current
As the practice settles into rhythm, attention turns toward creativity, intuition, and the subtle ways the medicine begins to soften the mind's usual patterns. Breathwork supports access to deeper states where insight and sensation begin to move together.
Meeting the Inner Landscape
Often the most tender week. What has been held beneath the surface begins to reveal itself. Old patterns, resistance, and emotion may arise. This is not a sign something is wrong. It is a sign something is moving.
Integration as a Way of Being
The focus shifts toward weaving what is surfacing into daily life. Integration becomes less about processing isolated experiences and more about living with greater presence and coherence.
Clarity and Becoming
Subtle shifts begin to take shape. A clearer sense of direction. Greater emotional fluidity. A renewed trust in intuition and inner knowing. The work here is not about becoming someone new. It is about allowing what is already true to become more visible.
Closing Ceremony
The circle completes. Insights are anchored. The journey is celebrated. The container opens back into the wider world, carrying with it a relationship with the medicine and the practice that continues long after the six weeks conclude.

Is ThetaDrop for you?
ThetaDrop tends to attract thoughtful, self-aware people who feel curious about psychedelic medicine but want to approach the practice with care, intention, and guidance.
Many participants have already explored personal growth through therapy, meditation, yoga, or other reflective practices. What draws them here is the desire to experience change more directly through the body rather than continuing to analyze it from the mind alone.
This container may resonate with you if you:
𖦹 Feel curious about microdosing but want a grounded, responsible way to begin
𖦹 Value ceremony, reflection, and embodied practices
𖦹 Are open to exploring what arises with patience and curiosity
𖦹 Appreciate the presence of community and guided integration
ThetaDrop is not designed as a productivity tool
or quick fix.
It is a practice for those who feel ready to approach this work with intention, presence, respect, and a willingness to walk the path in community.
About Lindsay
I'm Lindsay Jensen-Evans, a ceremonial guide and facilitator devoted to helping people reconnect with themselves through embodied practice.
My path into this work did not begin as a teacher. It began through my own search. After years spent exploring yoga, meditation, and personal development, I found that insight alone could only take me so far. What truly began to shift my relationship with myself were practices that engaged the body directly.
Over the past two decades, my work has expanded into breathwork, somatic practice, and psychedelic integration. I hold a Natural Medicine Facilitator License in Colorado and completed a two-year Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy Practitioner certification through the SoundMind Institute, alongside extensive training in breathwork, somatic awareness, and integration work. My work in this field also continues through ongoing mentorship within the psychedelic healing community.
ThetaDrop was created from a simple belief: microdosing deserves the same reverence, structure, and care as any other form of sacred medicine work.
My role is not to direct your experience, but to hold a container where the body can soften, insight can emerge, and the deeper intelligence within each person has space to guide the process.
At its heart, my work is about remembering.
Remembering who we are beneath the roles we carry and the stories we’ve learned to believe.

FAQs
-
No prior experience is required. Whether you’re microdosing for the first time or deepening an existing relationship with this practice, ThetaDrop meets you where you are. You’ll receive clear, step-by-step guidance on dosage, sourcing, protocols, rituals, and integration practices, plus a supportive community to walk with.
-
Yes. While Thetadrop is designed around ceremonial microdosing, the medicine is optional. The container itself: the breathwork, the weekly rhythm, the relational witnessing, the ritual practices, is the foundation. Some come for the full experience; some come for the structure and community alone. Both are welcome.
-
Because Thetadrop includes expanded states and nervous system work, it's important to ensure that each participant is supported medically and emotionally.
The brief intake form (completed after purchase) allows me to identify any potential contraindications, understand your intentions, and ensure we create a grounded, safe container for everyone.
All responses are held in confidence and reviewed with care.
-
Most participants work with LSD microdoses, and we provide a trusted affiliate link for sourcing after enrollment. If you prefer to work with psilocybin, that's also welcome and we'll discuss options during your intake. You are always responsible for sourcing in alignment with your local laws.
-
No. Participants are responsible for sourcing their own medicine in alignment with local laws and personal sovereignty. ThetaDrop provides sourcing guidance and a discount via a trusted affiliate partner, but we do not ship or distribute any substances directly.
-
Approximately 2–3 hours per week:
One 90-minute live Zoom circle (or recording)
Optional self-guided rituals, practices, or integration prompts (offered weekly)
Connection and reflection in our WhatsApp group
Two personalized dosing days
Each practice is optional, but your presence and participation are what shape the depth of this experience. The more you engage, the more you receive.
-
Live participation is strongly encouraged, especially to receive the energy of community witnessing and shared ceremony.
However, life happens. All teaching segments and breathwork practices will be recorded and shared privately. Personal shares and intimate outcomes will not be recorded, to preserve the sacredness of live space.
This ensures that those who show up live receive the full relational field, while replay access still supports your journey.
-
While each journey is unique, participants often experience:
Decision-making feels lighter and clearer
More emotional texture: presence, color, sensation returning
Feeling safer and more at home in their body
Trusting their yes and their no without over-explaining
This isn't about escaping, it's about becoming more intimate with your own life, as it currently is.
As one participant shared: "I returned to my body and my breath in a way I didn't know I needed."
-
ThetaDrop is a group-based journey for a reason. Shared space, resonance, and witnessing are part of what makes this container so powerful.
That said, if you feel deeply called to the medicine but group dynamics don’t feel supportive right now, I offer private 1:1 ceremonial guidance as an alternative.
-
ThetaDrop is offered as a harm-reduction, educational, and ceremonial experience. LSD is a Schedule I substance in many countries (including the U.S.), and its legality varies by region. You are responsible for knowing and complying with the laws in your jurisdiction.
